Jiu-Jitsu

Popularized in the ufc B.J.J is a chess game of elaborate submissions and control. It is in itself a sport for competition ,self defense, and a valuable tool in the box in the game of mma. We teach it in Gi traditional and also no gi more geared for mma.

Kickboxing

Improve your cardio endurance and strengthen your muscles with our kickboxing class. With the combination of karate and boxing this class is sure to be explosive. You’ll be challenged to push yourself further than you thought you could. This is a great class to jumpstart your health!

MMA Fitness

MMA Fit is a class we offer to those who range from casual interest who just wants to get ripped, to pro athlete who wants to get in fight shape. The student will burn fat and gain muscle while learning some technique as well. It is a high energy fun class any one can do without contact.
